Left Side CrossFit is an inclusive fitness community in Seattle’s Central District. At Left Side we provide a safe and affirming space for all. We believe in celebrating movement by athletes of all shapes and sizes, races, ethnicities, ages, genders and orientations. Kindness matters, and at Left Side we think that being a good person is more important than being fit. We live by these values, and hope to foster genuine community through fun workouts, good vibes and great people.
WHAT WE OFFER

CROSSFIT CLASSES
Our CrossFit program provides 1-hour group classes led by an experienced coach. Workouts are constantly varied and consist of functional movements performed at a high intensity. CrossFit classes mix aerobic exercises (cardio), calisthenics, weightlifting, gymnastics and more. All workouts are scalable for any fitness level!

WOMEN'S STRENGTH CLASS
Our Women’s Strength class is designed, programmed, coached and led by our amazing team of female fitness professionals. The 90-minute class meets monthly and can be accessed with any CrossFit membership or Drop-In pass. Women’s Strength workouts consist of the same classic elements of our CrossFit program, without the gym bros!

POWERLIFTING BARBELL CLUB
The Left Side Barbell Club is a powerlifting class that meets 2x per week and focuses on classic lifting without the metabolic intensity of a CrossFit workout. Each class is led by a qualified coach and is suitable for all fitness levels. Barbell Club can be accessed with any CrossFit membership or Drop-In pass.

DROP-IN PASSES
Drop-Ins are a great way for athletes with prior CrossFit experience to attend classes without purchasing a full time CrossFit membership. Simply use the link below to choose a class time, or contact us directly for longer drop-in requests. All first time paid Drop-Ins come with a free t-shirt!

OPEN GYM
Open Gym is a program that gives athletes the flexibility to follow their own exercise routine during designated hours. This is a great option for anyone wanting a traditional gym setting without classes. All Open Gym time slots are accessible with any CrossFit membership, or via a standalone Open Gym only membership.

HYROX CLASS (coming soon)
Hyrox is an indoor fitness race that combines running with functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated 8 times. Hyrox aims to test participants' strength and endurance and is suitable for people of all fitness levels. More info to come!

YOGA (coming soon)
Yoga is a holistic practice that combines physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to connect the body, breath, and mind. Yoga improves strength, balance and mobility, all of which are essential parts of functional movement. We currently offer Women’s only Yoga on Thursday nights, but will be expanding shortly.
